The Hamilton County Urban Conservation Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that depends upon donations by members to support conservation efforts and initiatives in Hamilton County. 

The Association is incorporated under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.  The IRS has recognized the exempt status of the Association for Federal income tax purposes.  Therefore, donations are tax deductible as allowed per code and law.  Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of donations.
