The HCUCA provides assistance to any party interested in restoring native habitat in Hamilton County.  In fulfilling this mission, the HCUCA has helped the following participants:

Ridgefield Subdivision, Fishers Spring 2006

The HCUCA helped create a 6.3 acre nature park.

The project included planting 4.5 acres of native prairie, planting native trees and grasses in a riparian buffer along Sand Creek, and planting native trees and shrubs for wildlife habitat cover areas.  The HCUCA assisted in planning, design, preparation, and implementation.  In addition, the HCUCA helped locate cost share funding which paid for a large portion of the project.  Finally, the HCUCA assisted in planting the prairie.

Lake Forest Subdivision, Carmel Spring 2007 The project consisted of the enhancement of an existing arboretum by planting additional native trees and shrubs.  The HCUCA provided buttonbush seedlings which were planted in the arboretum.
Ashwood Subdivision, Fishers Spring 2007 The project consisted of the installation a 1.5 acre native prairie.  The HCUCA assisted in the project planning and budget/cost development.  In addition, the HCUCA helped locate cost share funding to help pay for the project.  Finally, the HCUCA assisted in planting the prairie for the neighborhood.
Shamrock Springs Elementary School, Westfield Spring 2007 The project consisted of the creation of an outdoor lab.  A one acre native prairie was planted and 240 native trees were planted.  The HCUCA assisted in planting the prairie.
Claridge Farm Subdivision, Carmel Spring 2008 The project is an 8.35 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement and in the neighborhood's common area.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
High Grove Subdivision, Carmel Spring 2008 The project is a 3.7 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement and in the neighborhood's common area.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
The Westons Subdivision, Carmel Spring 2008 The project is a 1.4 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
Ashbury Subdivision, Carmel Spring 2008 The project is an 8.5 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement and in the neighborhood's common area.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
Carmel Dad's Club, Carmel Spring 2008 The project is a 5.2 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement and in the club's ground adjoining the easement.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
Strubel Property, Noblesville Spring 2008 The project is a 0.4 acre native prairie in the Panhandle Gas easement.  The HCUCA provided technical, planning, and coordination assistance.
